Hillary Clinton was a guest on The One Show on Friday evening.
Admittedly, that’s the kind of sentence that would’ve sounded utterly ridiculous at about this time last year. Back then, Hillary was the favourite to become the next president of the United States of America. That… well, we all know how that one turned out.
A year ago Hillary Clinton thought she was was going to be the next leader of the free world.

But never mind. Instead of trivial stuff like announcing sanctions against Iran or threatening to fuck shit up for Kim Kong-un and his pals, Hillary was having a tea time natter with Alex Jones. And viewers struggled to accept what they were seeing…

Thankfully though, there was little mention of the fact she was on the wrong end of one of the biggest political shocks in the history of American (and world) politics.
They literally joked on the One Show that if Hillary Clinton had more votes in the right places she wouldn't be a guest, introducing her.
