There are no real surprises for Manchester United as far as the starting lineup for their game against Arsenal is concerned.
Nemanja Matic, who was seen as a slight doubt after coming off in the midweek victory over Watford, returns to Jose Mourinho’s XI.
Just as was the case at Vicarage Road, United will have a defence of Chris Smalling, Victor Lindelöf and Marcos Rojo to call on, with support offered from Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia in the wingback rolls.
Matic will play alongside Paul Pogba in the midfield, with Jesse Lingard, Anthony Martial and Romelu Lukaku playing ahead of them.
If anything, it’s the United bench that’s more of a talking point ahead of the game at The Emirates. The only change to the squad that faced Watford was the inclusion of Daley Blind, who replaced Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who recently returned from a knee injury.

As for Arsenal, Alexandre Lacazette, who was also said to be doubtful for the game during stages of the week, was named in the starting lineup – spearheading a front three along with Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Özil.
