The Chelsea defender got himself into a spot of bother when he admitted that Blues team-mate Diego Costa “likes to cheat a lot” following the club’s 2-0 victory over Arsenal this weekend.
But once his comments were picked up on social media, Zouma was quick to engage reverse gear, dragging out that old chestnut of excuses…
