Manchester United have been identified as the Premier League club with the most lucrative shirt sponsorship deal in the top flight of English football.
Sporting Intelligence revealed that United will receive £47 million this season from American manufacturer Chevorlet, £2 million more than what rivals Manchester City receive from their sponsorship deal with Etihad Airways.
Huddersfield Town have been identified as the club with the least lucrative deal with Ope Sports, a Chinese gaming company, paying the West Yorkshire club just £1.5 million per season.
Interestingly, the Premier League’s top six clubs – Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham, Liverpool Chelsea and Arsenal – account for £247 million, or 78.9% of the Premier League’s £313.6 million shirt sponsorship deals.

Brands will be allowed to advertise on the left sleeve of their shirts only, replacing the Premier League badge, which will remain on the other sleeve.
