They are good aren’t they
TIME magazine has made a bit of a habit of attacking Donald Trump with its covers, even whilst naming him their person of the year.
In what is now a trilogy of front pages the publication went after the US President. With each step of the saga TIME has charted Trump’s journey into deeper waters, often avoiding the incredulity of TOTAL CRISIS others haven’t.

Longtime collaborator Tim O’Brien dropped this cover for TIME. It features the President of the United States sitting at his desk during a storm of chaos with rain and papers falling around his desk.
The line on the cover reads: “Nothing to see here.”
Then, as an alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels made headlines, the magazine asked O’Brien to develop a rare throwback:

The reimagining came in April this year, features more rain and the simple caption “Stormy.”
According to TIME it was just the sixth time a cover has been re-designed and re-published on another addition.

It’s the first time in TIME’s 95 year history that a series of three covers have been published, following a week where two of Trump’s closest aides saw guilty verdicts in criminal investigations – one of which implicated the President in a federal offence. O’Brien said: “I felt that it was too comical or perhaps morbid to see him sitting there. But to have him at the top suggests he’s still fighting despite the deepening issues.”
