Ramsey has played his last game for Arsenal
Aaron Ramsey broke down in tears as he bid farewell to Arsenal fans at The Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Welsh midfielder, who joined the club from Cardiff City as a teenager 11 years ago, is set to leave for Juventus in the summer after the club failed to agree an extension to his contract.
Ramsey’s season (and Arsenal career) was ended by a hamstring injury during the Europa League quarter-final with Napoli last month, but Ramsey was welcomed on to the Emirates pitch after the 1-1 draw with Brighton to say farewell to the Gunners supporters.
Visibly emotional as he waved farewell to the fans, Ramsey soon began to cry, Petr Cech on hand to console him.
😢 A tearful Aaron Ramsey waves goodbye to the Emirates Stadium!
"A player of his quality shouldn't be leaving."
How do @Arsenal replace him? 🏴

Arsenal’s draw with Brighton all but ended their hopes of securing a return to the Champions League next season via their league finish.
Chelsea’s win over Watford earlier in the day lifted them to third, meaning Unai Emery’s men are now three points adrift of Tottenham in fourth.
Arsenal’s goal difference means that even if they win their final game of the season against Burnley and Tottenham lose to Everton, it’s unlikely the Gunners will leapfrog them.
Arsenal may still be able to qualify for the Champions League by winning the Europa League, however. They lead 3-1 going into the second leg of their semi-final with Valencia and seem well placed to reach the final in Baku where they could meet Chelsea.
