This is not a drill
The German Cup final will not be aired on English television on Saturday afternoon – neither on terrestrial or subscription TV services like Sky or BT Sport.
This is unfortunate; people love German football and they want to watch it when they have the chance.
Thankfully, despite the fact it won’t be on television there is no reason you cannot watch RB Leipzig vs Bayern Munich at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.
That’s because the good people at the DFB (Germany’s football association) will live stream the final on their official YouTube channel.
All of you have to do get access is search ‘German Football’ on YouTube’s search function, enter the channel and the video is right there, waiting for you (and the players to arrive).
Alternatively, just click the link below and you can go right there and even set a reminder for yourself.
Bayern Munich go into the match having secured yet another Bundesliga triumph, defeating Frankfurt 5-1 on the final day of the season to finish two points ahead of Borussia Dortmund.
Leipzig meanwhile finished third in the table, 12 points behind their opponents on Saturday.
