JOE FOOTBALL PRIZE DRAW T&C’s 

Terms and Conditions

1. The JOE Football Prize Draw will run between 4^th September – 18^th September 2020.
2. The JOE Football Prize Draw offers individuals who complete the FootballJOE survey, available to access via https://joefans.typeform.com/to/ZHaxp2oM, a chance to win 1 x £100 Amazon Voucher by submitting their email address.
3. In order to complete the survey and enter the prize draw, individuals will need access to a mobile phone, laptop or desktop computer with Internet access.
4. In order to be entered into the 1 x £100 Amazon Prize draw, individuals must enter their email address, when prompted to, at the end of the Joe Football online survey.
5. This promotion is open to UK residents’ aged 18 and over only. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 will be excluded from the competition.
6. There is only one winner of the 1 x £100 Amazon Voucher and this winner will be chosen at random.
7. A representative for the promoter will contact the winner by email regarding fulfillment of their prize. Competition closing date is 18^th September 2020. Failure to respond to email regarding the fulfillment of prizes within 10 days will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected.
8. The 1 x £100 Amazon Voucher will be delivered via Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
9. The promoter takes no responsibility for the failure of delivery by the chosen courier and should it be lost or damaged a replacement will not be supplied.
10. The promotion is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
11. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part (where relevant). The prizes are non-transferable. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute with one of an equivalent or greater value.
12. The email address submitted to enter the prize draw will be held securely by our survey partners, TypeForm and deleted as soon as the winner confirms contact and delivery details. This period will be no longer than 10 days. Email addresses supplied will strictly not be used for any marketing purposes or shared with any third party.
