Inter face Atalanta on Monday evening
With league leaders Inter Milan not playing fifth-placed Atalanta until Monday evening, this weekend’s Serie A action allowed AC Milan and Juventus to try and gain a bit of ground on Antonio Conte’s side, for the time being at least.
Both sides won, with Milan’s victory only their second in the last five league games. Juventus too got another three points, with an Alvaro Morata double helping them overcome Lazio in a 3-1 win.
