Chelsea move for Imbula
According to talkSPORT, Chelsea have stepped up their bid to sign highly-rated Marseille midfielder Giannelli Imbula.
The combative 22-year-old has impressed in the Ligue 1 club’s title challenge this season and is valued at around £25m.
Chelsea may need to act fast, however, with Juventus also eyeing a summer swoop for Imbula.
United want Sneijder (again)
The transfer rumour that refuses to die is back again as Manchester United are linked with Wesley Sneijder.
The Galatasaray midfielder is also wanted by PSG, but it’s thought he would prefer to link up with Louis van Gaal.
Sneijder has two years remaining on his contract, but the Metro claim he his keen to move on in the summer.
Arsenal move for Carvalho
After deciding against a move for William Carvalho last summer, Arsenal are apparently back on the midfielder’s trail.
Portuguese paper O Jogo claim Carvalho is available for £21.5m, with the Gunners prepared to meet his asking price.
It’s thought that Manchester United and Liverpool are also monitoring the 23-year-old’s situation.
