‘I want to fight Kell Brook after this!’
Chris Eubank Jr has revealed that he wants to fight Kell Brook as he looks to find his next opponent following his recent win against Liam Williams.
Eubank Jr was speaking ringside ahead of Brook’s hotly anticipated fight against Amir Khan and decided he wanted to add extra fuel to the fire in the build-up.
After speaking about his recent win, which saw him defeat Williams on a unanimous decision, Eubank Jr admitted he was open to the possibility of facing Brook.
“Me and Kell we have a lot of history,” he told Sky Sports.

“We have a lot of beef, he’s said a lot of things about me, he says he wants to kick my head in after this fight.
“On a personal level I’d like to see Amir do the job, but on a business perspective, I want to fight Kell Brook after this.
“When you look at it that way, I want him to win, because if he loses tonight that fight is dead in the water, so it’s going to be interesting to see what happens.”
Despite his clear animosity towards Brook, the 32-year-old reserved a lot of praise for the city of Manchester – labelling it as a ‘fight city’ whilst also claiming that the match up between Khan and Brook will be an even contest.
He said: “This is a great atmosphere. I’ve fought here a couple times before and it’s always a great atmosphere up north.
“Manchester is a proper fight city.
“This is a proper fight, I can’t decide, this a proper 50/50 fight.”
