Time has run out for Jose Mourinho at Chelsea, with Roman Abramovich relieving the 52-year-old of his duties for the second time.
Mourinho’s sacking comes off the back of one win in his team’s last seven Premier League matches, and many feel it was a long time coming.
Jose Mourinho sacked by #CFC. Felt inevitable for some time. And yet it's still an incredible story

Thought Abramovich wouldn't have bottled it and stuck by Mourinho. He would've turned it around eventually. Now up to Juande Ramos…

Joy…
Mourinho being sacked after losing to Ranieri. Good old football.

And schadenfreude…

And of course, thoughts quickly turned to Mourinho’s successor.

And it’s not just Mourinho who has been having a bad day.
