TEN Premier League games, THREE live on TV – don’t let the Boxing Day sales get in the way

Nooruddean Choudry

God we love Boxing Day.

Of course there’s the slight feeling of anti-climax now that Christmas Day has come and gone, but there’s nothing like a rare FULL set of Premier League fixtures on the same matchday to get you up and raring to go.

Even rarer for the Premier League is THREE televised games on the same day – with no overlap. Which means one thing – marathon viewing. And of course you could even stream a 3pm kickoff – not that we’d condone that sort of thing, obviously…

First things first, here’s all 10 Premier Leagues games. In terms of free-flowing football and high energy, perhaps Liverpool hosting table-topping Leicester City is the pick of the bunch…

In terms of televised games, it all kicks off with Stoke City vs Man United on Sky Sports 1 at 12.30 (kick off at 12.45), then it’s the usual ‘anyone got a link’ for the 3pm kickoffs.

At 16.45, it’s time to switch over to BT Sport 1 for Newcastle United vs Everton, with a 17.30 start. Following that, the build-up starts immediately at 19.30 on the same channel for Southampton vs Arsenal (K.O. 19.45).

Will Louis van Gaal come unstuck against Stoke? Is Jurgen Klopp due a result against Leicester’s high-flying Foxes? Can Sadio Mane maim Arsenal? We can’t bloody wait to find out…
