This wouldn’t exactly fill you with optimism that Swansea will avoid relegation this season.
The Swans have officially announced Alan Curtis as their manager until the end of this campaign, leaving plenty of supporters worried about their chances of staying up.
Curtis took temporary charge of the Welsh club when Garry Monk was sacked last month after a run of form that saw the Swans win just one in twelve.
Curtis’ five games in the hot-seat at the Liberty Stadium have ended in two draws, two losses and just one win which leaves Swansea in 17th place – a mere two points above the drop zone.
With Marcelo Bielsa, Gus Poyet and Ryan Giggs all being linked with the job, Swans fans justifiably feel let down by the decision to let Alan Curtis, unproven as a manger, stay on until May.
For Alan Curtis see Chris Ramsey….relegation!

Swansea have made a mistake in putting Alan Curtis in charge. They need an experienced manager for relegation battle.
