The Exeter City boss was talking to the BT Sport panel about the shortcomings of his side in their 3-0 FA Cup defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
It was a sensitive subject and he was pouring his heart out when Mamadou Sakho decided to have a bit of fun and appeared to send his daughter wandering over to Steve McManaman to interrupt the segment.
Sakho filmed the whole thing, through hearty laughter, and of course it went straight to Snapchat.
