Just Portugal stand between the Welsh and a Euro 2016 final that *nobody* expected them to reach.
As a result, thousands of Welshmen have descended on Lyon ahead of Wednesday night’s match.
As we showed you earlier, the Wales supporters that have arrived in the city are in good voice. We also highlighted that some of their chants have been inspired by the Icelandic fans – who are back home having been beaten by France in the final semi-final earlier in the week.
What we didn’t realise is that the Welsh have made adjustments to the Icelandic ‘Viking clap’. Instead of adding a short ‘huh’ to the above head clap, these supporters in Lyon have used the word ‘sheep’.

Whether they make the final or not, these supporters will always remember their adventures in France in the summer of 2016.
Good luck.
