Carra’ in the club!
Aside from this expert insight and colourful commentary, we’re delighted to see Gary Neville back in the Sky Sports studio because it’s clear that he has an excellent rapport with his on-screen partner in crime, Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher.
Xabi Alonso has recently said that Carragher is one of the funniest characters that he has ever worked with and while the beloved defender was feared on the pitch, it seems that he’s more than capable of relaxing away from it.
After the news was announced that Neville would be returning to Sky, Carragher was quick to have a cheeky dig at Neville’s managerial record at Valencia and you would have to think that the former Man Utd right-back was just waiting to get some payback.

It’s abundantly clear that Jamie Carragher has had one heavy night – we think on a trip to Ibiza. The Bez reference is an apt one, too, and now we can’t stop picturing Carra as a maraca-shaking Happy Mondays groupie.
The former Anfield favourite is yet to comment on the picture, but you can be sure he’ll be digging through the Gary Neville archives in search of revenge.
