Here’s to hoping Leicester spend big in January and turn their title defence around.
The Foxes are struggling badly to recreate the magic that saw them shock the football world by lifting the Premier League trophy last season.
A haul of just 12 points from their opening 11 games leaves Claudio Ranieri’s side in the bottom half of the table and with last season’s heroes Riyad Mahrez, Jamie Vardy and Danny Drinkwater all flattering to deceive this term, it seems a pretty safe bet that we’re not going to see them crowned champions next May.
Former Foxes fan favourite Gary Lineker, who fulfilled the forfeit required of him after Leicester’s triumph last season, certainly doesn’t see them repeating the feat.

Three months after hosting Match of the Day in his underwear, Lineker has raised the stakes with his most recent vow.
During Leicester’s defeat at home to West Brom on Sunday, the 55-year-old tweeted a promise that suggests a rather patent lack of faith in his former side.
If Leicester retain the title I'll do the first MOTD next season naked, standing on my head while Shearer and Wrighty beat me with a stick.

We’d be pretty surprised if the BBC were to allow such an act to be broadcast but, hey, perhaps they should consider it as they’d guarantee the most watched episode of all time.
But first, Leicester must pull their finger out.
And they’d better do it soon.
