That means the ITV staple will be back in June, after more than 100,000 people applied to be on the show’s fourth instalment.
And to be fair it’s long overdue, all we’ve had to gorge ourselves on this year is Jess & Dom getting married on This Morning, and of course Survival of the Fittest. Tragic.
The pinned tweet on her account is a throwback to last year’s launch date on June 5.
It reads: “It’s LOVE ISLAND DAY ❤ #loveisland.”
And on Instagram Caroline revealed she’s getting ready to start ramping up interest in the show’s return, writing: “Exciting PROMO WEEK ahead . How has it been a year???? Where does time go???”
Caroline will host the show which proved hugely popular last year and is still looking for more people to apply.
