It’s the show you’ve been waiting for.
ITV is bringing a new Love Island-esque show to our TV screens this Winter with a series entitled Survival of the Fittest, which will see a group of people described as “hot singles” fly off somewhere exotic and irritate each other or fall in love or something.
The new show will see the two sexes battle it out in the sweltering heat of the South African Savannah, which, sounds, I don’t know, sexy, I think? Yeah. Sexy.
Anyway, it will be hosted by Laura Whitmore and see a team of boys and, you guessed it, a team of girls battle it out under the sun to determine, once and for all, which sex is better at winning the debut season of Survival of the Fittest.
Oh, and they will also walk away with a huge cash prize. Which is cool, I suppose. Good for them.
As usual, viewers will get to decide who gets to stay and who must fly home as competitors undertake fresh challenges, go on hot dates and stab each other in the back repeatedly, all in the name of love.
And some money.
And to be on TV.
You’ll be able to catch the first episode on Sunday the 11th of February at 9pm on ITV2, meaning you can then you can go to bed nice and angry in preparation for Monday morning.
