Game Of Thrones star Maisie Williams has proved herself to be a master of her social media profiles – and she’s not afraid to call out bullshit when she sees it.
After noticing a headline written about her by the Daily Mail over the weekend, Maisie, who plays Arya Stark on the show, decided that it didn’t the make the point that it should have, and so she rewrote it.
The 19-year-old had been at a summer ball for the NSPCC, but the publication decided to focus on her outfit instead.
Honing in on her “sheer lace dress” (because going “braless” is just so scandalous), Maisie decided it was time to offer her “alternative headline”.
Posting a screengrab of The Daily Mail’s headline, she wrote alongside it: “Game of Thrones actor Maisie Williams helps raise thousands at a Summer ball for NSPCC”.
