This is too much.
Ryan Gosling joined Ellen DeGeneres on her show to chat about his new movie. While on the famous couch, he got talking about his dog George, who died last year.
Ryan had him until he was seventeen years old and understandably was very upset when he died.
Speaking about George on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he said:
“He passed away in December and he was a good friend to me. It’s funny to say ‘dog’ because I feel like, there was something about George where I think he felt like being a dog was beneath him. He would not do tricks. If you wanted him to sit down you had to sort of convince him it was in his best interest.”
George was a huge part of Ryan life, having been present for most of his acting career. He also said that George travelled every where with him while he was filming different projects.
Ellen later pointed out that Ryan was wears his tag around his neck every day.
You can just hear the heart ache in his voice when he speaks about George.
