If you have to organise the tunes for a house party, who better to turn to for a playlist than one of, if not the greatest showman in the history of rock music?
When the late, great Prince made a guest star appearance on the US sitcom New Girl in 2014, the plot involved Zooey Deschanel’s character Jess attending a bash at the rock icon’s gaff.
With that in mind, the singer sent on a playlist of the tracks you’d likely hear at a typical Prince rager – and Steve Welch, an editor on the TV show, has now shared that list with the world.
