Anything with Tom Hardy in it, is just fine with us and the BBC have released the first full trailer of ‘Taboo’.

If you weren’t aware, it’s a mini-series co-created by Hardy, his father and ‘Peaky Blinders’ creator Steven Knight.

We’ve had somewhat of a lull in 2016 when it comes to Tom Hardy projects. After a hugely busy 2015 where he starred in Child 44, London Road, Legend, The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road, 2016 was relatively quiet with fans relying on Peaky Blinders for their fix of the star.

Taboo, the new mini-series is executive produced by Ridley Scott, will revolve around an adventurer (Hardy) who returns to Britain from Africa with the plot of the show being “encircled by conspiracy, murder and betrayal”.

It looks fantastic and when it airs on BBC One on January 7, we expect a lot of people to tune in.
