That got JOE thinking – can you get fit in five minutes? Former Royal Marine and celebrity fitness trainer David McIntosh has come up with a ridiculously tough circuit that will definitely ‘get you f**ked in five.”
McIntosh, who was Tornado on the legendary TV show Gladiators, has devised MINUS 5 – a high-intensity fat burning, muscle sculpting blast you can literally do anywhere, any time in five minutes. It’s mental.
The premise is simple – 10 exercises in a row, 30 seconds high intensity on each one, non-stop for 300 seconds. Get as many reps as you can.
This week he’s come up with a legs circuit with the following exercises:
Tuck jumps
Bear crawls
Burpees
Broad jumps
Alternate jumping lunges
Frog walk
Hill sprints
Fence jumps
Squat jumps
