Start slugging lads.
If you are the kind of person who seems to be tired all the time, it might be because of very fixable reason.
A survey by British GPs found that one in five people who call for a consultation complain about being fatigued, and they reckon a major factor is because people aren’t drinking enough water.
The official guidelines say you should drink between 1.6 and two litres per day, but most people only drink one glass or less.
Dr Roger Henderson says, “There are, of course, several reasons that could be causing this but a surprisingly common cause is that they are dehydrated.
“Many of my patients do not drink enough fluid each day and only believe they are dehydrated when they start to feel thirsty.”
Try and hit that two litre mark every day and hopefully you’ll be feeling better physically and mentally in no time.
