This is probably the best workout video we’ve ever seen.
Why? Well, for one it has an actual Hollywood-esque storyline, and secondly it stars Marvel Comics hero The Punisher.
The gritty filmic monologue tells us how the Marvel anti-hero has been thrown in the slammer by crooked cops with ties to The Mob.
So, being a massive badass, The Punisher obviously starts grinding through a prison workout to while away his time behind bars.
There are no dumbbells in his cell, but that doesn’t stop him from getting hench…while plotting his revenge.
Dramatic music, mock fight scenes, visceral cinematography…things have really moved on since the days of Mr Motivator and his VHS workouts.

Jumping Split Squats – 4 sets x 20 reps
Burpees – 3 sets x 15 reps (super-set with mountain climbers)
Mountain Climbers – 3 sets x 30 seconds
One Arm Push-Up – 3 sets x 5 reps (each side) (super set with diamond PU)
Diamond Push-Up – 3 sets x 12 reps
Handstand Press-Up – 3 sets x 8 reps
L-Sit – 3 sets x 10 – 15 seconds
*Rest 30-60 seconds between sets
