Just inject them into our veins
Notorious German bargain purveyors Aldi have once again caved into this country’s relentless, insatiable demand for large quantities of Cypriot cheese and have brought back their incredibly popular halloumi fries.
They started selling the golden, lightly-coated lumps of goodness almost a year ago, becoming the first supermarket in the UK to do so.
Demand was apparently, and unsurprisingly, huge, leading the brand to quickly sell out.
Fortunately, the Lord of Fries has once again blessed us and Aldi have confirmed that their halloumi fries will now, once again, be knocking about in their quite frankly glorious frozen section.
That’s right, ladies and gentlemen: Aldi’s Specially Selected Halloumi Fries, for the price of £2.29 (for 190g) will be available to buy in-store from 8th April.
Brexit doesn’t matter anymore. As long as we have enough halloumi to clog our veins and arteries until the sun consumes us, nothing else does. Hallelujah.
