More ‘everyone has the same 24 hours’ vibes to ruin your week
A 10-year-old multimillionaire from Australia is set to be so rich she could potentially retire as early as 15. Just in case you need more depressing news to ruin your weekend.
Pixie Curtis of Syndey, Australia is the owner of two businesses – Pixie’s Fidgets, a toy company started just last year, and Pixie’s bows, a hair accessory brand she has been a part of since she was a baby – and made over $140,000 in her first month.

Curtis is also the daughter of Australian businesswoman, entrepreneur and socialite, Roxy Jacenko, who shot to public prominence after appearing on the third series of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia and helped set up her daughter’s business empire pretty much from birth.
Jacenko is best known for her London-based clothing brand, Sweaty Betty, which she founded in 2004 when she was just 24-years-old herself, having also started the Pixie’s bows venture shortly after she was born in 2011. 2011…
Pixie’s father is also a notable businessman and stockbroker named Oliver Curtis, who despite being arrested for insider trading in 2016, has since been released and now works in big data and the crypto market. Safe to say, their daughter is pretty much set for life regardless.
As you can see in the clip taken from a News.com.au interview earlier this month, the “pint-sized entrepreneur” was not only praised for being the “hardest working 10-year-old in the country”, but it was mooted that she could retire at 15 if she wanted to.

Mum Roxy insisted that beyond just instilling the same work ethic in her, Pixie has fun running her own businesses and “the minute she doesn’t enjoy it, we won’t do it”.
The 10-year-old is regularly active on her Instagram account which has over 13.6k followers, reviewing new product releases and showing off what her day-to-day life is like.
