This isn’t something you see on the roads every day…
On Monday morning, an inflatable Minion at a funfair in Dublin was happily smiling and waving at drivers as they passed.
But that didn’t last…

After escaping its moorings in slippery Minion fashion, the giant inflatable crashed on to the road, causing havoc with traffic.

“I’m not sure how it got loose but I just saw it coming loose and flying across the road as we were driving,” Erin Van Londen, from Portmarnock, told Irish daily The Journal.
“It’s been very windy in the area.”
The minion knocked the wing mirror off a car but, thankfully, nobody was hurt.
