Yep. This qualifies as a major error.
A student was taking her final driving test in Washington DC, and everything was going pretty well, according to KOMO News.
At the end of the examination, the student was asked to park into one of the bays outside her Bellevue driving school. A mere formality that would surely have little impact on her test result.
Sadly, that’s when it all went horribly wrong. As Seth Tyler of the Bellevue police department explains:
“Unfortunately, the student mistook the gas pedal for the brake, sending the car into the building,” Tyler clarified.
“She was doing great up until that very last part…but she did drive through a plate glass window, so that was a fail on the test.”
