The run up to Christmas tends to see you spend more time out with your friends and way less time sleeping, it’s a hectic time of year for all of us.
Experts recommend that everyone gets seven or eight hours sleep a night but around 40% of people don’t get near that unfortunately.

We should get plenty of sleep in over the Christmas holidays anyway, but it’s something to keep in mind.
