By far the worst part of getting your morning coffee is having to deal with all the people involved.
Not only do you have to keep your eyes open long enough to keep track of where you are in the queue, but you’re expected to somehow actually speak and tell the barista your order that early in the morning
But this could all be about to change, as Starbucks have finally launched an app to let you order your coffee (and pay for it) on your phone.
At the moment, it’s only live in the US but there’s no reason that they can’t bring it over to the UK too.
The app lets you pick the store you want to collect it from and then gives you a rough idea of when your drink will be ready.
It is already being praised for the benefits is gives to those with speech or hearing disabilities too.
Let’s hope we see it over here sooner rather than later.
