Brad Haverly uploaded a video to YouTube of this ridiculous stand-off in Maidenhead on Tuesday. It shows a woman and an elderly man head to head in a tunnel…for 40 minutes.
Both think they’ve got right-of-way and neither wants to back up. Meanwhile, traffic is building up behind them. People on their home from work, parents off to pick up their kids – all desperate to get things going.
It’s maddening to watch a whole host of fellow drivers get out of their cars and plead for someone to reverse out of the way, without success.
