Thunderbolt and lightning, very very frightening me.
This week saw a milestone in Irish broadcasting as television channel TG4 celebrated 20 years on air. President Michael D. Higgins, instrumental in its creation during his tenure as Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht from 1993 to 1997, was just one of the many people that praised the station for its e “creativity” “dedication and “talent”.
“The station continues to go from strength to strength, with the highest audience ever earned earlier this year,” he said, and is now “loved and respected” by a “community around the island and around the world”.
A recent indication of the creativity involved at TG4 involved weather presenter Caitlín Nic Aoidh and this shocking weather report that she did recently.
Maybe someone tripped a faulty wire? Take a look.
