Machine Gun Kelly to discuss Eminem beef on Breakfast Club tomorrow

Now it’s time to hear MGK’s side of the story

It’s been the biggest trending topic in music for the past couple of weeks and now we’re finally going to hear from Machine Gun Kelly regarding his lyrical back and forth with Eminem.

Sure, we’ve heard what he has to say in rhyme form via the venomous “Rap Devil”, but he’s yet to sit down and discuss it in-depth like Eminem did when he chopped it up with Sway Calloway in an exclusive four part interview.

Taking to Instagram this evening, MGK’s manager Jimmy Nickles revealed that Kellz will be appearing on the world famous Breakfast Club in the morning to talk about the past two weeks battling Em, as well as his new EP, Binge, which is due out Friday.

The post read:

“Tune in tomorrow morning at 7am EST to hear @machinegunkelly discuss his latest EP “Binge”, the controversy surrounding the #1 Hit “Rap Devil” and more on the @breakfastclubam!! #BINGEAVAILABLE EVERYWHERE 9/21.”

Sure to get all kind of spicy, especially with Charlamagne Tha God in the room – someone else who Eminem called out on Kamikaze – this is one interview you don’t want to miss.

Scheduled to air at 7am EST (12pm GMT), it’ll land on the Breakfast Club YouTube channel soon after.

The beef between the two rappers indirectly started back in 2012 when MGK tweeted that Em’s daughter, Hailie Jade, was “hot as fuck”.

And while there were a few subliminal disses thrown by Machine Gun Kelly over the years it wasn’t until Eminem called MGK out on the song “Not Alike” from his new album, Kamikaze, that things got a little more serious.

Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, who cites Eminem as one of his biggest influences, then unleashed an all-out balls-to-the-wall lyrical attack on Eminem with “Rap Devil”.

11 days after MGK released “Rap Devil” Eminem released his counterpunch “Killshot”, which has just become the largest debut of any Hip Hop record in the history of YouTube.

The official audio for “Killshot” earned a record 38.1 million views on YouTube in the first 24 hours of its release last Friday. It’s now had over 80 million views on the site.

Machine Gun Kelly’s Binge EP arrives Friday 21st September.
