Ant McPartlin has been fined £86,000 and handed a 20-month road ban after pleading guilty to drink driving in court.
The TV presenter appeared before the Wimbledon Magistrates Court today and pleaded guilty to driving while he was over the legal alcohol limit.
The fine works out at 4.5 days wages for the presenter, who it was revealed earns a wage of £130,000 per week.
His driving ban will be reduced by five months if he attends a drink driving referral course.

Speaking outside the court, the 42-year-old said: “I just wanted to say that I am truly sorry for what happened.
“I’m truly sorry for what happened. Higher standards are expected of me.
“I let myself down, I let a lot of people down, for that I’m truly sorry.
“I’d like to apologise to everyone involved in the crash and I’m just thankful no-one was seriously hurt.”
