Please God, no…
If you are looking for a throwback then you’ll be pleased to know that the Crazy Frog is set to return this December – but if you’re like us, then you’re no doubt dreading hearing his voice once again.
The animated 2000’s icon went viral after a ringtone of all things topped the charts. While most of us have spent the coming decade trying to rid our minds of the tune, someone has seen fit to reintroduce the amphibian to a new generation.

The grinning blue frog is set to return to YouTube on December 10 and is thought to combine TikTok trends and classic hits for his new tune.
The original Axel F video premiered in 2009, has now amassed 3.1 billion views and is the 19th most popular video in all of YouTube history.
Though ringtones are a thing of the past, with most people simply sticking with the preloaded jingle, Wolfgang Boss, president of A&R for Sony Music, hopes to introduce the frog to a whole new generation.
“When we started Crazy Frog, there was no TikTok, it didn’t exist,” Boss said.
“But right now TikTok is super important. It’s basically the number one platform for people to share new music and funny things connected with music.”
People have begun sharing their thoughts on Twitter and most are displeased that the grating frog is making a comeback.
Amanda wrote: “Thought we’d heard the last of this guy ….. #facepalm.”
Matthew did not hold back, writing: “We’re still in a pandemic, corrupt govt, planet is burning up, you get the gist!
“So, can you please FUCK – and I cannot stress this enough – OFF!
“We’ve got enough on our plate thank you.”
The general consensus is that his return may mark the end of civilisation, which means pretty soon, Silly Bandz will also be returning from Hell.
