‘I never ever want to lay eyes on that filthy whore Amber’
In the ongoing defamation lawsuit between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, the court heard excerpts from text messages from Depp that allegedly said he’d have sex with Heard’s burnt corpse.
Since opening arguments were made on April 12, the world has watched as ex-partners Amber Heard, 36, and Johnny Depp, 58, continue to go after one another. In the latest viral moment, the court heard a series of disturbing texts sent by Depp to actor Paul Bettany – someone dubbed “sis” in his contacts.
In 2013, two years before the Pirates of the Caribbean star married Heard, he wrote: “Let’s burn Amber!!!”
In a separate message, he added: “Let’s drown her before we burn her!!!”
“You said, ‘will f*** her her [sic] burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead’… and you wrote that about the woman who would later become your wife,” Heard’s lawyer Ben Rottenborn questioned.
Depp replied: “Yes, I did.”
Two years later, Depp messaged ‘sis’: “I’m alright. Though, I never ever want to lay eyes on that filthy whore Amber.”
Heard and Depp were married at the time, which he confirmed for the court.
Another shocking message reads: “I’ll smack the ugly c*** around before I let her in.”
In another moment, the court was shown a video where Depp can be heard shouting “Motherf****! Motherf*****!” as kitchen items are thrown around at their home in West Hollywood.
Commenting on Depp’s large glass of wine, Heard said: “All I did was say sorry. Did something happen to you? I don’t think so. You drank this whole thing this morning? You’re smashing sh*t.”

“Clearly I was having a bad time,” Depp told Rottenborn. “I don’t know what with regard to, but being illegally recorded by your chosen other is quite fitting with the rest of the photographs and tape recordings. She tried to hide it from me and laughed and smiled at the end. That was the most interesting part.”
Depp later insisted that “Isn’t happy hour any time?” when asked whether he drinks whiskey in the mornings.
He added, “I did assault a couple of cabinets but I did not touch Miss Heard.”
Depp continued to say it was a “possibility” that he was intoxicated and thought it “necessary” to pour what Rottenborn referred to as a “mega pint” of wine.
Heard’s lawyer then questioned if “you’re bigger than Amber, physically?”
“I wouldn’t say that,’ Depp replied. “I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve had experiences where one does stray from complete control over their emotions at times.”

He added: “I did not try to intimate Miss heard. Why was she filming? If she was scared to death why didn’t she leave?”
The court case is set to continue, with Depp suing his ex-wife for $50m for a piece she wrote in the Washington Post regarding domestic abuse. Heard is countersuing for $100m.
