This is one of West’s more subdued statements
Kanye West has written a poem about divorce amid his continued battle with ex-boo Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend, SNL’s Pete Davidson.
Following a judge’s approval for Kardashian to be declared legally single, West posted a poem to his Instagram, which has since received over 1m likes.

A portion of the post reads: “Divorce feels like full blown Covid … like your doctor don’t know s**t … like your walking on glass … like you’re running through a glass wall … like you’re being bullied in a class hall.”
The poem seems healthier than previous posts, which saw threats directed at Davidson and the continued besmirching of Kardashian. However, considering he released a music video this week that shows a buried Davidson, it seems this is just another stop on West’s whistle-stop tour of what not to do when feeling heartbroken.
However, The final lines are somewhat ominous: “Michael Jackson said it best, You’re a vegetable, You’re a vegetable, You’re the real Cosby, Not a Huxtable.”
Jackson famously sang the vegetable line in his hit ‘Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’, but no one really knows what it means besides that.
A plethora of verified accounts have replied to the post, with one writing: “God got you brother. Prayer is strong and we praying. The other side is bright. Sending my love.”
Another said: “Can’t be easy but everything happens for a reason. I can tell you genuinely cared, you both built something beautiful together. Just give it time Ye. I hope you both continue to heal. Sometimes the end gives way to a brighter beginning.”
