London Ambulance Service have released a statement.
One person has died and another three people are injured following a crash between a car and a London bus.
It’s been reported that the crash took place at around 9.15pm last night close to Whitmore Road in Harrow.
Sky News reports that London Ambulance Service said that they were called to reports of a road traffic collision at 9.17 on Monday 24 February.
According to Harrow Online, London Ambulance Service said: “We sent multiple resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in fast response car, an incident response officer, members of our hazardous area response team (HART) as well as command support vehicles.
“We also dispatched a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance. We treated four patients at the scene before taking two patients to a major trauma centre and discharging one patient at the scene.”
“Very sadly, despite best efforts of our crews, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.”
Photographs from the scene of the crash show a 395 bus with its front windows shattered alongside a car which appears to be written off.
