What a shining example for our nation’s youth
The woman who was filmed punching and kicking a horse has reportedly been identified as a primary school teacher.
As reported by multiple outlets, the woman in question is believed to be Sarah Moulds, 37, from Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. She is currently being investigated by the RSPCA for animal abuse against the poor horse.
Her name is Sarah Moulds, 37, from Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire and she's being investigated by the RSPCA for her attack on this poor horse. These hunters are not animal lovers, they are animal abusers. She's a teacher, too. Great to see her exposed for what she is. #KeepTheBan pic.twitter.com/R9DU5FoZKW

As shocking as the footage is, what’s even more concerning is that not only is she a teacher at Somerby Primary School, she is also apparently a director of the Knossington & Somerby Pre-School.
Her membership to the Cottesmore Hunt – the branch of the UK’s Pony Club that she was thought to have been pictured with – has also been confirmed. She was also said to be a team leader on the Rutland-based foxhound group but has since been removed from their Facebook page – the account itself has seemingly been disabled.
Sarah Moulds. Also a Primary school teacher. I wouldn't want her within 100 metres of my children.😡 https://t.co/rhnuu1B9Vv pic.twitter.com/fNSLXIlgck

Though her identity has yet to be fully confirmed, people online are understandably shocked and angered to learn that if proved to be the guilty party, the same person flagrantly abusing a horse is in charge of educating young children.
Moreover, to make matters worse, Moulds is also listed as having other secondary roles within her educator role, one of the most notable being ‘Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead’.
Now that we know Sarah Moulds the horse puncher is a teacher and director at Somerby School, the following might be of interest. It's an appendix taken from the school's current Child Protection Policy. Interestingly, SM herself is Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead… 1/2 pic.twitter.com/pLVkSsNOKF
