#MayOut
David Lammy, the Labour MP for Tottenham, is as much of a fan of Theresa May as he is Arsenal.
This week he has hammered the Prime Minister for her handling of the Windrush scandal.
The Windrush Generation are thousands of people who arrived in the UK as children during the first wave of Commonwealth immigration, beginning with the arrival of the ship HMT Empire Windrush from the Caribbean in 1948, and ending in 1971.
They have been threatened with deportation, refused entry to the UK when returning from holidays and denied treatment on the NHS.

But it is the resignation of Arsene Wenger, after 22 years managing Arsenal, that provided the most low hanging of fruit for Lammy to pick.
“After careful consideration and following discussions with the club, I feel it is the right time for me to step down at the end of the season,” Wenger said.
Seizing the opportunity, Lammy brutalised Theresa May.
Not the resignation I was hoping for this week. #Wenger
