Well, that is certainly a surprise!
A TikTok creator has shared one hell of a rollercoaster story that details how she gave birth completely by surprise while sat on the toilet.
TikToker Alexis (@alexisqueen.x) was 15 at the time and now, four years later, she has taken to the video sharing platform to tell the story.
She explains: “My mum mentioned she had heartburn when pregnant with me, and realising I had a bit of heartburn took a pregnancy test after my school holidays.

“With the test being negative, still having regular periods and no more symptoms I went back to school for my 1st day in [year] 11 in September.”
She explains that she thought nothing of it when taking painkillers for her back. She described the day as a “perfectly ok day” but little did she know that said day would change her life forever.
She didn’t sleep that night but her parents thought she was trying to skip school.
Alexis continued: “I went to the toilet before setting off for school and having the urge to push, I was screaming for my mum and telling her I think I’m giving birth.
“My mum was shouting to me to come downstairs and looked up my skirt to check, and went into shock when she saw a head.”
At the same time, her dad “ran out the door for pregnancy tests”, which – let’s be honest – was probably a bit too late.
Her video has received seven million views, along with nearly 930,000 likes. In fact, the original video was so popular that Alexis once again took to TikTok to explain the story further.
In part two, she continues, saying: “The operator was on the phone telling my aunt that she needed to deliver the baby.

“I was screaming that I needed to push and the ambulance still hadn’t arrived so I needed to talk my aunt through everything.
“I finally make one last push as paramedics walk through the door as a tiny baby boy makes his appearance on the living room floor.”
Alexis had what medical professionals call a cryptic pregnancy. A woman is completely unaware she is pregnant and doesn’t show any clear signs, including showing negative on pregnancy tests.
