This Guy is the Gift that Keeps on Giving… if that Gift was a Pair of Second-hand Socks
Brandon, a contestant on Cosmic Coupling, has sent the internet into a frenzy with his jaw-dropping views on relationships, women, and fidelity. If you thought reality dating shows had exhausted all their red flags, think again.
For those unfamiliar, Cosmic Coupling is part of Cosmic Fusion, an astrology-based matchmaking platform that blends Western astrology and the Chinese zodiac to explore compatibility. It essentially knows your type better than you do! Or you can see your compatibility with family & friends, which could be great or open a whole can of worms! The app is free to download here.
The show puts singles through a series of themed dates, testing their chemistry and values while drawing insights from the stars. But while the cosmos might have a plan, Brandon’s approach to love seemed firmly stuck in the Dark Ages.Watch the full episode now on Cosmic Fusion Originals on YouTube.

During a round of quick-fire questions, he was asked whether cheating was ever acceptable. His response? “I think if a girl don’t suck d***, they deserve to be cheated on.”
Yes, you read that right. In the year 2025, this is still an actual sentence a man felt comfortable saying on camera.
The face of the crime.

‘Have you ever cheated?’ – ‘Loads. Too many to count.’
Brandon wasn’t alone in his unfiltered confessions. Fellow contestant Daniel casually admitted to cheating “loads” of times, with a shrug that suggested keeping count wasn’t worth the effort. But it was Brandon’s justification that truly stole the show, as if he was presenting a legally binding case for why his hypothetical partner would force him into infidelity.
Social media had a field day. Clips of the moment have already gone viral, with viewers calling his take “astonishingly grim” and “peak podcast bro energy.” Others pointed out that, for a Capricorn wood Pig, he seemed alarmingly unaware of basic relationship ethics.
The Red Flags Keep Coming
As if that wasn’t enough, Brandon also threw in some other gems of wisdom, including his firm belief that a woman having too many male friends is a “red flag” and that open relationships were “possible” — but, conveniently, only if he was the one setting the rules.
To nobody’s surprise, Brandon didn’t win the girl. Lead contestant Saskia ultimately picked another suitor, with her best friend Freya delivering the final nail in the coffin: “He seems intimidated by you. It’s just not going to work out.”
Brandon’s reaction? Pure delusion. “I don’t think that was the right decision. He’s a cheat and a liar, and she’ll be hurt in the end.”
Brandon, mate. Pot, meet kettle.
