Harrison Armstrong, more commonly known by the phonetic spelling of his first initial, has taken the UK rap scene by storm over the past year. Before his 20th birthday, he boasts a number 2 in the charts and a feature on Ed Sheeran’s chart topping Take me Back to London remix.
The fresh faced Manchester born rapper has enjoyed a rapid rise to the top, but has had to fight through some resistance along the way.
He spoke to JOE at the launch of Need for Speed: Heat about supporting an underwhelming Manchester United team, his musical influences and why he is giving up on US rap, describing it as ‘drippy drippy slime.’
