Anthony Joshua will take on Charles Martin for the IBF world heavyweight title in April, it has been confirmed.
The British boxer made the announcement on Twitter on Sunday evening, with promoter Eddie Hearn confirming the bout would take place at London’s O2 Arena on April 9.
Joshua currently holds the WBC International Heavyweight title, and now he is looking to add Martin’s world title to his CV.

The Olympic gold-medallist boasts a perfect 15-0 record as a professional, with all of those wins coming by knock-out.
Martin, on the other hand, is an American southpaw who also boasts an unbeaten record, with one tie the only blemish on his otherwise perfect record over 24 fights.
The American won the IBF title by beating Vyacheslav Glazkov last month after it was vacated by Tyson Fury.
