Anthony Joshua isn’t messing about in his preparations for his world title shot against IBF world champion Charles Martin.
The 26-year-old British and Commonwealth is already in razor-sharp shape despite still being six weeks away from the title showdown against the US champion at London’s 02 Arena.
While countless other boxers often face the gruelling slog to cut weight, lose body fat and get back in peak condition in the run up to fights, Joshua doesn’t have that problem.
The Olympic gold medallist stays ripped and ready all year round.
The Watford banger, who has a 100% KO record from his 15 pro fights, showed off his impressive physique in a photo posted on social media.
Joshua has been getting some sparring rounds in with unbeaten Swedish southpaw Otto Wallin ahead of the Martin fight.
Wallin, who was beaten by Joshua in the amateur ranks on points in 2010, will give the 6ft 6in Brit some much needed preparation to face the big-punching American who is the first southpaw he’s faced.

The big man’s training comprises of a lot of bodyweight exercises – which has the dual benefit of boosting his cardio and conditioning – while giving those power-punching muscles a workout.
His diet is clean all year round – no Ricky Hatton-style fast food binges between fights – just lean meats like chicken and fish, green vegetables and good carbs like rice and potatoes.
