But Chelsea may have topped the lot this year.
The Premier League champions have handed Victor Moses a new contract, but have immediately loaned him out to West Ham.

Moses has played just 44 times for Chelsea since joining the club from Wigan in 2012, and by completing his temporary move to Upton Park he has become the 30th player to leave Chelsea on loan this summer.
The mind boggles.
