It was certainly a toothless display…
Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes was spotted searching for his tooth after the Gunners’ 0-0 draw against Brighton on Saturday.
The Brazilian collided with Brighton goalkeeper Robert Sanchez in the second half of the tie, with neither team able to find a winner on a wet and windy night at the Amex stadium.
Bizarrely, it is not the first time that the 23-year-old has lost a tooth in a game before – and even more incredibly, the last one he lost was also during a clash against the Seagulls last campaign.
In last season’s fixture against Graham Potter’s men, the former Lille man lost one of his teeth at the Emirates stadium, as reported by James Benge Twitter.

Despite searching the Amex pitch in the pouring rain after the game had finished, it appeared that the Gunners’ No 6 was unable to find his missing tooth.
Following his disappointment, Gabriel took to Instagram to show fans when exactly he lost his tooth, and the subsequent results of the clash with the ‘keeper.
However, the Brazilian then provided another update to the ever-evolving story when he again took to Instagram, this time to reveal that he had made a midnight trip to the dentist in order to get the problem sorted straight away.
Although Gabriel – and Arsenal – endured a frustrating night against Brighton, the Gunners can take positives from the fixture.
After a shocking start to the season – where they lost their first three games and sat bottom of the table – Mikel Arteta’s man have improved drastically in recent weeks.
They have conceded just one goal in their last five games in all competitions – winning four of those matches and drawing the other.
Similarly, it will probably turn out to be a decent point for Potter’s side as well.
The Seagulls currently sit fifth in the Premier League with 14 points from seven games, whereas Arsenal are in 11th position.
